Is Trak Cam affiliated with Ring or Amazon?
No. Trak Cam is an independent product by TRAK LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ring LLC or Amazon.
Can Trak Cam control locks, sirens or lights?
No. Trak Cam is view-only: snapshots and on-demand live view. It never arms, unlocks or triggers devices.
Can TRAK staff see my cameras?
Not unless you grant time-limited, revocable access. Every grant and view is audited, tokens are encrypted and your Ring password is never stored.
How do I add Ring cameras to my NVR?
Trak Cam exposes each Ring camera as an ONVIF/RTSP device via a secure endpoint, or through the Trak Cam Edge app on an onsite PC for NVRs on your local network.
Can I embed the camera grid in my own dashboard?
